Wednesday I went to Haight-Asbury on my "day off." I walked around, took some pictures and had the worst Indian food of my life. So bad I made a mental note to write a review on Yelp the second I was near a computer. Not all was lost; I picked up a lomo camera - Diana Mini. This wasn't an impulse buy, as I have been wanting one for a while. I can't wait to get some 35mm film and start shooting. Stores still sell that stuff, right?
However, the highlight of my day was hearing homeless burners sing "Bare Necessities" as they walked down Haight Street. Oh, San Francisco, how I love thee.
