After going to bed at 8:30 Sunday morning, I woke up a few hours later and rode off to the Sunset day party at Stafford Lake. It was the perfect way to wind down a very full weekend. I picnic-ed on the grass for a few hours, chatting up friends, and taking in the beautiful sights and sounds. When I got home that night, I felt so relaxed, like I spent the day lounging at the beach. There ain't no drug like Vitamin D.
